"Good prices from what I remember"
From what I remember, the things I needed were a little cheaper here than at a few other places I’d looked at, which was a nice surprise. The delivery charge seemed fair too, not one of those ridiculous add-ons that makes you rethink the whole order. I’m only taking one star off because a couple of items were out of stock, but based on the prices, I’d probably order from them again.

"Decent packaging, but could be better"
The packaging was alright overall. The box showed up a little dented, which reminded me of a few packages I’ve gotten from my family where the outside looks rough but everything inside is still okay. Luckily, the item itself was fine, so no real harm done. I do think a bit more padding would help next time. Not the worst packaging I’ve seen, but definitely room for improvement.

"Refund came through quicker than expected"
I had to return something to magrigg.co.uk i was a bit nervous about it. I’ve had enough slow refunds from other places that it does make you lose a bit of trust when sending items back. But this one was actually fine. They sent me an email update, and the money was back in my account not long after. No chasing, no hassle, no feeling like I was being ignored. Straightforward return and refund in the end, so I’d give them 5 stars

I had an issue with my order and it took longer than I’d hoped to hear back. Once they did get in touch, they were polite and got it sorted out, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t terrible either. I just wish the response had been quicker

I ordered my usual size and it fit well. Compared to some other tops I’ve bought in the same size, this one feels just a tiny bit snug, but not enough that I’d size up. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Used Magrigg for the first time and it was straightforward. I found my basket without any faff, and the payment page didn’t freeze or make me jump through hoops, which is always a relief.
